So Kim is the first one to get pregnant in our little crew of friends. She is an amazing friend and I know that she will be an amazing mom! I can’t wait to meet little Emmett!
For Kim’s baby shower I designed a mom to be necklace for her. The design included a Swarovski Crystal Devoted 2 You Heart, Family Charm, Loved Charm, and a little E for Emmett. The charms were dangled with Swarovski Crystals and Gray Blue Agate Stones that were connected to a silver plated ring and chain.

A dear friend of mine asked me to make her a chunky layered necklace in coral and turquoise for her Wedding BBQ. Aubrey married Jake in Hawaii and had a BBQ a week later in California. It was great to see her and Gia! It was so much fun celebrating their marriage and reminiscing about the old days.
I handcrafted this necklace for Aubrey and gave her matching earrings as part of her wedding gift. The necklace is includes coral Swarovski Pearls, Caribbean Blue Swarovski Crystals, silver plated chain, and silver plated findings.

Every February (thanks to my future mother-in-law), I attend the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. It is a great event that covers almost all of Tucson with exhibits all around the beautiful city. For the first time in years, my friend Courtney was able to join me. We only had one day which is just not enough time to explore all the wonderful exhibits…..from raw gemstones to polished diamonds to ready to wear jewelry to handmade silk scarfs! This place is any girls dream!
Not only was I able to attend with my friend Courtney this year, I was able to hangout with family. My fiances entire family was there and we were able to see each other at the show as well as enjoy some amazing Mexican food. It was a treat!
While exploring this giant tent, Courtney and I strolled upon some amazing key necklaces and notices that this was a popular trend this year…especially in utilizing the key in other ways than a dangling charm. My intrigue with the keys did not stop when I went down a few days later with my mom and aunt. Luckily, I had a free day! I pulled out all the jewelry supplies that my mom had at her house as well as everything I recently bought from the show and started to design. Of course, I used KEYS!!
My grandmother, Nana mentioned that she needed a new rosary so I designed this colorful rosary for her. It is made out of stones embedded crystals, small solid stones, Swarovski crystals, and silver plated findings.

This is a tad bit overdue as my dear friends, Kim and Luke got hitched in May 2014. I had the honor of making earrings for all her bridesmaids and an extra pair for the bride. The tones of her wedding were nudes, beige, and rose gold. All of the bridesmaids had different nude toned dresses so I made them each their own unique design.
I was so honored to be a part of their special day in more ways that one – designing the bridesmaid earrings and being a bridesmaid. I had a wonderful time at their beautiful Sedona vineyard wedding. I am so happy for Kim and Luke and wish them a happy long marriage!

As some of you know, I have recently moved to Portland, OR. A friend of mine, Kay had a few beads that she asked me to make wine charms out of. She provided me with the main charms and I created these nineteen lovely designs for her. The first design is with letters, stones, and silver plated findings. The other design is with random beads Kay had, Swarovski crystals, and stones.

Mis primos, Sean and Vanessa tied the knot on April 6, 2013. It was the most beautiful wedding and we had a lot of fun! I had the privilege of designing the bridesmaids jewelry. There were seven gorgeous bridesmaids that I handcrafted earrings, necklace, and a bracelet for. It was a family affair and it was great to see everyone!
The bridesmaid jewelry is entirely made of Swarovski crystals and pearls from Rainbows of Light. Featured in the earrings are garnet hearts, gray 8mm round pearls, and 6mm siam top drill crystals. The bracelet has gray 8mm round pearls, 3mm and 4mm AB siam crystals, and garnet heart. Encompassed in the necklace is gray 6mm and 8mm round pearls, 6mm round siam crystals, 4mm AB siam crystals, and a siam heart.

My friend Tamara was in her sister’s wedding on October 6th. She asked me to create jewelry to match her purple bridesmaid dress. She sent me some pictures of her dress and I made suggestions on the type of jewelry that would work best with her dress. Once we determined the style I designed the jewelry. Since Tamara lives in Colorado, I took pictures and sent them to make sure that she loved the design. I am thrilled that she loved it and I hope you do too!
